Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal data we collect through victoryskyhouse.rs, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We try to collect as little as possible. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Who is the data controller
Victory Sky House, Pandurice 21a, Zaklopača, 11352 Belgrade, Serbia.
For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number (optional)
- your preferred dates (optional)
- the content of your message
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use this data solely to reply to your inquiry and to arrange a possible stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
We do not use your data for newsletters or any marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry sits in our email inbox for as long as we need it to arrange your stay. Once we no longer need it, we delete it.
If you would like your message deleted sooner, just tell us and we will do it.
Third-party services
The site uses a small number of external services. Each of them, by the nature of how the web works, sees your IP address when its content loads:
- Cloudflare - hosts the site and processes the contact form. Cloudflare keeps technical access logs.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - checks that form submissions are not automated. It sets no tracking cookies and does not follow you across sites.
- Google (Gmail) - the mailbox that receives and stores your inquiry.
- CARTO and OpenStreetMap - map tiles on the Location section. These load only once you scroll to the map.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no localStorage, no sessionStorage). That is also why there is no consent banner - there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts and the map library are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact Google or other CDNs to load them.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- request restriction of processing, or object to it
- request portability of your data
Questions and concerns
If you have any question or concern about your data, contact us at [email protected].
